Great Room This oversized room has been a great place for guests to hold birthday parties, anniversary parties, baby showers, wedding showers and tea parties. With space for up to 35 people and two side rooms available for extra space or serving areas consider having your next event with us. The room has a piano, fire place, sound system and wireless Internet access.
*Some basic INNformation....* During your stay at the Red Lion Bed & Breakfast please take advantage of our cozy common room with fireplace, the lovely sun porch, our well stocked library and guest refrigerator. For your enjoyment and entertainment indoor games including puzzles and checkers can be found on the sun porch and in the great room. Light snacks and bottled water are provided on the sun porch. In addition, here are some things you should know.... We will send you an email or written confirmation of your reservation if you make your deposit 7 days before the check-in date. Please contact us if you do not receive either an email or written confirmation. We provide keys that operate the front door and your room door. If you come in late please be as quiet as possible as other guests may be sleeping. We provide one off-street parking spot per room. In consideration of other guests, please check with the innkeeper before bringing anyone back to the Bed and Breakfast to socialize. Smoking is allowed only in limited areas outside. We are sorry but we can not accomodate pets. We can refer you to some great local places that your pets can stay. Well-behaved children are welcome by special arrangement, no childcare is provided. Check In time is between 4pm and 7pm. Please call us if you will be arriving earlier or later and we will gladly make arrangements to be available for Check In. Check out time is 11am. Minimum stay required only on promotional/event weekends (2 night minimum). Contact the innkeeper for details on promotional/event weekends. Rates are for double occupancy, for each additional person add $20.00. Please add 6% Pennsylvania sales tax and 3% York County hotel tax. Credit card required to hold the room or payment by cash/check in advance. We accept Travelers Checks, Personal Checks, Cash, Visa, and MasterCard. No refund is given for early departure. Reservations must be cancelled at least 1 day prior (before 4pm) to the check-in date to receive a refund. There is a $25 fee for any cancellation less than 7 days prior to the check-in date. Reservations cancelled on the same day as check-in and no-shows will not receive any refund.
